I hadn't worked on that Funny Farm puzzle in weeks, but the link came up as a saved-workspace document when I opened WordPerfect on this notebook today, and I plugged it into a Firefox tab, and it's still functional. Probably any of you who were playing with it finished it long ago, but in case anyone's still tearing hair out over the thing and wants to merge or just peek, here's my last saved game:

Funny Farm's a kind of word-association puzzle. It can get a bit addictive, so you're just as well throwing your hands up at first glance and then steering clear. *g*

No news actually isn't good news, I'm sorry to say, as we've got some major illness in the family. I keep putting off posting about it until we've got a firm diagnosis, and we keep not getting a firm diagnosis. So maybe I'll put something up this week, probably on friends lock. But we are hanging in there. And it's very nice to see your pixels. :)

I will henceforth steer clear. :)

Sorry to hear the bad news about the serious illness. Sorry to hear about the medical run around. Sometimes it's just a process of elimination. And the process takes too darned long with all those Canadian style waits that we don't have down here.

My family is doing pretty good at the moment. I'm not doing so hot in a mostly non-serious way. I tweaked my back the other day and tweaked it again more firmly yesterday. So I'll be having problems for the next couple of days most likely. So much fun.

Things can be a lot worse as I remind myself.

One day at a time my dear friend!

I am very much in the "take it one step and one day at a time" mind-set. :)

The diagnostic process has taken a ridiculous amount of time. Some of the delays would have been avoidable in an ideal world, and some have been unavoidable. We do the best we can; it's all we can ever do.

Sorry to hear about your back. I know what a blessing it is that I've never had serious back trouble, and I can only imagine how hard it makes it to get through a day. Hope it clears up quickly.

Sometimes the only way to get diagnosis done in a timely fashion is to go to an ER with the proper symptoms. I had a couple procedures done that would have probably taken forever to schedule in short order that way this year.

Nothing major discovered.

Thanks for the good thoughts. They are most welcome.
