(1) Thank you. (2) Happy birthday to you, too. (3) How are you guys writing from the future? Here in my world, it's still July 31. (Not that I am eager to speed up time: I have too much work to do. Wouldn't mind slowing down time, for any number of reasons.)
Heyyyyyy, waitaminute...my post appeared 11 hours in the future, too...STOP MESSING WITH MY TIMESTREAM, LIVEJOURNAL, YOU TIMETHIEVES, YOU!
(Dear Production Editor: Sorry I am late with my work. I was inexplicably flung forward in time without my knowledge or consent. Do you think they'll buy that?)
LOL! LJ's timestamping of comments has long been a mystery to me. As for the flung-forward excuse, I can say that it's one I've never tried, so give it a shot! *g*
Happy very-belated birthday to you! I was out of the loop when it went by and figured it'd be a little lame coming in late, but... heck, why not. Hope you had a great day!
(And yeah, LJ was doing weird stuff with dates for a little while: I had two posts that got date-stamped two months from now before I noticed, and went back and fixed it!
Thanks for the good wishes! Always appreciated no matter when, and I'm the epitome of belatedness myself.
LJ was doing a lot of weird stuff with comments for a while there--eating them, hiding them, linking Reply buttons back to main pages--so I'm not surprised to hear that posts were going wonky too. So far so good on this end; hopefully it's all cleared up.
